Roadshow Chauffeur Service in Washington DC

Our dispatch team arranges multi-stop roadshow transportation for business teams moving between meetings, offices, and investor sites across the Washington DC metro area. We are a New York-based company that coordinates these complex itineraries through vetted local affiliates who know the region's business corridors.

What Roadshow Service Includes

Roadshow service provides a dedicated vehicle and driver for a full day of scheduled meetings, typically with a fixed route and tight timing. Our team builds the itinerary in advance, accounts for drive time between K Street, Tysons, Bethesda, Capitol Hill, and Crystal City, and keeps the vehicle ready between stops. We also handle airport transfers at the start or end of a roadshow day.

Who Uses Roadshow Transportation

This service is built for investor relations teams, private equity firms, consulting partners, and sales teams running multiple pitch meetings in one day. We also support lobbying firms meeting with agencies on Capitol Hill and associations presenting to members across the District and Northern Virginia. Most roadshows run from early morning through dinner, with schedules that cannot afford to slip.

Pricing and Rates

Roadshow sedan service starts at $130 with a six-hour minimum for full-day itineraries. SUVs start around $240 per hour, and sprinter vans for larger teams start around $240 per hour. Airport transfers to DCA or IAD are priced separately unless bundled into the roadshow day. Multi-day roadshows receive preferred rates.

How It Works

You provide the meeting schedule and addresses, and our dispatch team builds a route with realistic drive times. We confirm vehicle type, driver contact information, and backup contact numbers before the day begins. The driver follows the itinerary and communicates with dispatch if meetings run long or locations change.

Honest Limitations

The K Street to Tysons to Bethesda triangle can be brutal during rush hour, especially on I-66, the Dulles Toll Road, and the I-495 Beltway. A 20-mile drive can take 75 minutes on a bad day. We recommend scheduling meetings with buffer time and avoiding cross-metro moves during the 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. windows.

A typical DMV roadshow circuit

A regional roadshow often starts downtown or on K Street, crosses to Tysons along I-66 or the Dulles Toll Road, continues to Reston Town Center, and finishes in Bethesda on Wisconsin Avenue. Teams covering Baltimore add about an hour each way. Dispatch checks the order of meetings against traffic before the day and suggests swaps when a crossing lands in the evening peak.

Why one car and one chauffeur for the day

The vehicle stays with the team between stops, so bags, presentation materials and coats can remain in the car. The chauffeur knows the next address before the meeting ends and is at the door when you come out. Hourly rates are $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for the S-Class and $240 for a Sprinter carrying a larger team, each with a three-hour minimum.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build the route for us?

Yes, our dispatch team can build or refine your itinerary based on meeting times and locations. We flag unrealistic drive times before the day begins.

Do you support multi-day roadshows?

Yes, we coordinate multi-day roadshows with consistent or rotating vehicles and drivers. Preferred rates apply for bookings of two days or more.

What if a meeting runs long and we fall behind schedule?

The driver and dispatch team adjust the route in real time. We communicate delays to subsequent meeting contacts when requested and advise on which legs can be recovered.

Can a roadshow start at Dulles and end at BWI?

Yes. The day can begin with an arrival at one airport and finish with a departure from another. Share both flights when booking and dispatch builds the meetings around them.

Can we leave bags in the car between meetings?

Yes. On an hourly roadshow booking the vehicle stays with your team between stops, so luggage and materials can stay on board.
